Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in settings in a few clicks. You keep Premium access until your current billing period ends.
How does the free trial work?
Annual is free for 14 days, then $97/year. Monthly is free for 7 days, then $12/month. Each account can start one free trial.
When do I get charged?
When your free trial ends, then at each renewal until you cancel. We email you a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switch anytime from settings. Monthly to annual takes effect right away. Annual to monthly starts on your next renewal date.
Do therapists help make the programs?
Yes. We create our mental health programs with therapists and mental health professionals on our Mental Health Advisory Board. They work on our prompts and never see what you write.
