What's up party people? You're listening to the Journal Party podcast where every week we get together for a little guided journaling jam sash. My name is Alex Goner and I'll be your host. So here's how it works. I'll give you a journal prompt and a groove, and you just start writing. After a few minutes, you'll hear a little bell that sounds like this, and we'll move on to the next prompt. After a couple minutes, you'll hear that bell again, and we'll move on to the next prompt and we'll just keep going on like that. Until we're finished, feel free to write 'em whatever you like. And if you finish before the bell, you can try to dig deeper and elaborate or just chill out and enjoy the tunes. Don't overthink it. There's no wrong way to do this. So welcome to the party journal party. Hey party people. You ever notice how the smallest things can totally shift your whole vibe? Like just drinking enough water or getting outside for a few minutes can turn your whole day around. But somehow the hardest part is actually doing those things Consistently. Healthy habits aren't about overhauling your entire life overnight. They're about stacking up those small feel good choices until they become second nature automatic. So today we're gonna be jamming through five journal prompts to help you build healthy habits that actually stick. So open up that journal and let's get this party started. Here comes prompt number one. Think of a time when you felt your absolute best. What daily habits were you practicing then? Prompt number two, what's one small change you can make to your routine that would have the biggest impact on your wellbeing? Prompt number three. What's a habit you've struggled to maintain in the past? What got in the way and how could you set yourself up for success this time? Prompt number four. How do you usually talk to yourself when you fall off track? What's a more supportive way to reframe those moments? Prompt number five, describe your ideal day from morning to night. What healthy habits are woven into it, and how do they make you feel? All right, party people. As you sit with these prompts, notice what themes keep coming up. Maybe there's a habit you've been meaning to return to, or maybe it's time to let go of the all or nothing mindset and just start where you are. Healthy habits aren't about perfection. They're about consistency. Self-compassion and finding what actually works for you.
