Say What You Actually Think
A guided journaling session for the meeting or conversation where you already know you'll hold back your honest opinion. These prompts help you find the real opinion underneath the diplomatic version, weigh what staying quiet actually costs, and leave with one sentence you can say today.
You write in your own journal. Journal Party brings the guided prompts, the timer, and the sound.
