So far , so good over here , just trying to live in the moment and not just absentmindedly overeat all the delicious food and drink that just seems to be everywhere . Now , don't get me wrong . I'm grateful for all the goodies , but I've been known to overdo it , so I'm trying to pay attention and enjoy everything to the fullest instead of just unconsciously consuming everything . For me , that's mostly an issue with food . For others it's TV , social media , video games . All these things are great when you're actually present to experience them .
