Today I'm broadcasting from beautiful Depot Bay, oregon, so if you hear some waves in the background, that's why We've been on the road for the past couple weeks, and if you've ever hit the road like that, then you know how tough it can be to keep up healthy eating habits. I've been enjoying the local breweries and eats, perhaps a little too much. So when we finally got to Depot Bay, where we'll be for the rest of the month, i caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and was feeling kind of bad about it. And look, sometimes you have to get real with yourself. Right, you can't deny reality. But if you don't like something, you can change it. The thing is, positive change starts with getting into a positive state of being. So that's why, in today's episode, we're going to be diving into five journal prompts for body positivity. This is about celebrating our bodies in all their unique, magnificent glory, honoring the vessel that carries us through life. As we navigate through this special episode, let's remember to be kind, to be appreciative and to celebrate the wonderful, complex and diverse array of bodies that we inhabit. Let these prompts guide you as we explore the beauty of our bodies, the strength within them and the journey towards embracing them wholeheartedly.
