You're listening to the Journal Party podcast where every week we get together for the ultimate journal jam sesh as we journal through life together as a community. My name is Alex Gallner and I'll be your host so here's how it works. I'll give you a journal prompt in a groove and you just start writing. After a few minutes you'll hear a little bell that sounds like this and we'll move on to the next prompt. After a couple minutes, you'll hear that bell again, and we'll move on to the next prompt, and we'll just keep going on like that till we're finished. Feel free to write on whatever you like, or even just follow along in your car. If you finish before the bell, you can try to dig deeper and elaborate, or just chill out and enjoy the tunes. Don't overthink it. There's no wrong way to do this. So, welcome to the party. Journal Party. What's up, party people? It's your host Alex, and I'm back here with another episode of the Journal Party Podcast. Today, we're going to be exploring what to do when you feel stuck. Today, we're gonna jam through five journal prompts to help you to figure out what your next move is. So, go ahead and grab that journal, and let's get this party started. Here comes prompt number one. Where do I feel stuck right now? Identify one area where you feel stuck. Write it down, and, just consider it. Sometimes just naming it. Is a powerful first step. Prop number two. What have I been avoiding? Think about something you've been putting off. What is one thing you've been avoiding and why? Prop number three. What do I want instead? Imagine the ideal outcome in this situation. What does that look like for you? Don't overthink it. Just write what comes to mind. Prop number four. What's one small step I can take?
