Mindful journaling

Enjoy the days you already have, instead of rushing through them.

No meditation required. Seven short sessions to notice ordinary moments, put your phone down for something you love and make more time for what you care about.

A woman sits barefoot on a park lawn at lunchtime, peeling an orange, a closed notebook on the grass beside her.

The days all blur together.

You get through the week on autopilot, and the good parts slip by before you notice them. Even the things you enjoy get cut short by your phone.

It starts with one ordinary moment, like your morning coffee or the walk to your door, written down in enough detail to see what was actually there.

How a Journey works

  1. 1

Primer · sets up the idea

  2. 2

Practice · prompts and a timer while you write

  3. 3

A short read · to wrap up

A Journey is a series of guided sessions that works on one thing, a day at a time.

The Primer and the short read are narrated every day, and you can pick from two voices. Rain and café sounds can play in the background if you like them.
