Journal Party what's up ? Party people ? It's your host , alex Gellner , and today I want to talk about something that we all face , no matter who we are Temptation . You know those moments when you're trying so hard to stay on track but something just pulls you in the other direction . Maybe it's the allure of binge-watching a series when you have work to do , or perhaps the irresistible pull of that last slice of cake when you're trying to eat healthier . For me , it's actually pizza . We've all been there , and that's why today you're trying to eat healthier . For me , it's actually pizza . Now recall a time when you gave in to temptation . What happened afterward ? Were there any unexpected outcomes , good or bad ? Prompt number three what are some tricks or strategies you've used to resist temptation ? Maybe it's avoiding certain situations , or maybe it's a mantra you repeat to yourself no-transcript . So Prom number four . Everyone has that one thing they find almost impossible to resist what's yours . Why do you think it's so hard to say no to it ?
