So last week I took on the daunting task of decluttering my basement Packed to the brim with boxes . Each one felt like a chapter of my life waiting to be revisited . There among the relics was my high school yearbook , a pile of forgotten art supplies and , of course , my very first journal , and flipping through those pages , it struck me how much we carry with us , not just physically but also emotionally , and that's what sparked today's episode idea . It's about letting go to make room for new experiences and emotions . So , ready to lighten your load , go ahead and grab that journal , because it's time to release the old and welcome the new .
