A reflection to share with your community.
A morning intention, a check-in after a busy day, or a few questions at the end of the week can become a guided journaling session. Bring your voice and perspective to a moment your audience can make their own.

Fit a session into everyday moments.
Start with a practice or theme that already feels at home in your work.
Alongside a class or video
Offer a few writing prompts that let people reflect on the theme after a yoga class, meditation, or conversation.
For a regular check-in
Share a morning, evening, or weekly reflection people can revisit whenever it suits them.
As a welcome to your community
Give new subscribers a guided reflection that introduces your approach and invites them to take a little time for themselves.

Their reflections stay in their own journals.
Participants bring their own journal and write by hand, on paper. Journal Party guides the session without collecting their journal entries.
They choose what to share with you.
If you discuss the exercise later, they decide which reflections to bring into the conversation.

Choose a topic
Pick something you’d like to help your audience explore. Give your session a title, description, and cover image.
Add your prompts
Put your prompts in order, then set the writing time for each.
Publish and share
Copy the session link into an email, client message, course, or community post.
Before you create a session
Can people use the session more than once?
Yes. You can share the same session link for people to revisit in their own time. If you want a group to reflect together or follow a schedule, you organize that through your own community or messages.
What do I need to create a session?
You’ll need Journal Party Premium to create and publish sessions. Free trials are available on eligible plans.
What does my audience need?
A free Journal Party account and their own journal. Sessions open in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. The writing happens by hand.
Can I include sessions in something I sell?
Yes. Share a session link inside a coaching package, course, or membership you sell elsewhere. Anyone with the link and a free account can open it. You handle payments through your existing platform.
