Help clients explore what matters with guided journaling.
Give clients a personal way to reflect on the things you talk about together. Create a session with your prompts and share it between coaching conversations. They follow along on screen and write by hand.
Session creation is included with Premium. Participants use a free account.

A thoughtful part of your coaching.
A conversation can bring up more than there’s time to explore. A guided journaling session gives clients space to sit with a question, notice what comes up, and decide what they want to bring to your next conversation.

Make reflection part of the experience.
Build a session around the moments that matter in your coaching.
Before you meet
Invite clients to reflect on what has changed, what feels stuck, and what they’d like to talk about.
After a conversation
Share a few prompts around a theme you explored together, with room for thoughts that arrive later.
For people getting to know you
Offer a guided reflection on values, confidence, or a fresh start as a free resource alongside your content.

Their reflections stay in their own journals.
Participants bring their own journal and write by hand, on paper. Journal Party guides the session without collecting their journal entries.
They choose what to share with you.
If you discuss the exercise later, they decide which reflections to bring into the conversation.
A few ideas to make your own.
Start with a familiar coaching theme and put your own perspective into the prompts.

Create a session in three steps.
Choose a topic
Pick something you’d like to help your audience explore. Give your session a title, description, and cover image.
Add your prompts
Put your prompts in order, then set the writing time for each.
Publish and share
Copy the session link into an email, client message, course, or community post.
Before you create a session
Does journaling need to be part of my coaching already?
No. You can start with a few questions you already use in conversation. Choose a theme, add your prompts and writing times, then share the session link with your clients.
What do I need to create a session?
You’ll need Journal Party Premium to create and publish sessions. Free trials are available on eligible plans.
What does my audience need?
A free Journal Party account and their own journal. Sessions open in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. The writing happens by hand.
Can I include sessions in something I sell?
Yes. Share a session link inside a coaching package, course, or membership you sell elsewhere. Anyone with the link and a free account can open it. You handle payments through your existing platform.
Give your clients something worth reflecting on.
Start with a question that comes up in your coaching. Shape it into a guided journaling session they can explore in their own time.
