- Price: $97/year
- Trial: 7 days free when eligible
- Billing: renews yearly unless canceled
- Included:

  - New programs added regularly
  - Guided solo sessions with prompts and timers
  - Optional ambient music and soundscapes
  - Sensitive-topic programs marked when therapist-reviewed
  - Tools to create custom PowerPrompt Programs

- Price: $12/month
- Trial: no standard monthly trial
- Billing: charged immediately, renews monthly unless canceled
- Included:

## Free Access

- Included:
  - Free public YouTube livestreams
  - Public browsing surfaces
  - Some free-access programs when available
- Limits:
  - Full Premium library requires an active subscription or eligible trial
  - Ambient soundscapes and program creation tools require Premium

## Cancellation

Members can cancel from account settings. Premium access continues until the current billing period ends. Annual trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per account or email.

- Journal Party is not a digital diary. Users do not type private journal entries into the app.
- Journal Party does not read, store, analyze, or train AI on user journal entries.
- Journal Party is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support.
